Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan.
  2. Add the flour and whisk into a paste.
  3. Continually add the milk while whisking until the desired texture is reached.
  4. Add the mustard and nutritional yeast, then continue to mix in milk until the desired texture is reached again.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix in the chorizo substitute.
