Instructions
- Start cooking the tagliatelle in the normal way and set to one side.
- Once the water is boiling and the tagliatelle added, heat some oil in a pan with the mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
- After a few minutes stir in the paprika. Cook until the mushrooms and onion are done.
- When the pasta is done, mix it into the mushrooms and add the cream and spinach. Serve immediately.
