Creamy mushroom tagliatelle

Mushrooms 250g Sliced
White onions 1/2 Chopped
Spinach 2 handfuls
Garlic 2 cloves Crushed
Soy cream 200ml
Smoked paprika 2 tsp
Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Start cooking the tagliatelle in the normal way and set to one side.
  2. Once the water is boiling and the tagliatelle added, heat some oil in a pan with the mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
  3. After a few minutes stir in the paprika. Cook until the mushrooms and onion are done.
  4. When the pasta is done, mix it into the mushrooms and add the cream and spinach. Serve immediately.
