Instructions

  1. Start boiling the water for the pasta. When boiling, cook the pasta in parallel with the steps below.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 5–6 minutes.
  4. When softened, gently squash the tomatoes until they split open.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  6. When both are ready, mix the pasta and sauce together, adding the rocket on top.
