Instructions
- Start boiling the water for the pasta. When boiling, cook the pasta in parallel with the steps below.
- Add the onion and garlic to a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 5–6 minutes.
- When softened, gently squash the tomatoes until they split open.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- When both are ready, mix the pasta and sauce together, adding the rocket on top.
