Variations

Like pesto, you can use whatever combination of nuts (or even seeds) you prefer instead of cashews. Experiement and see what you like.

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender with salt to taste (about 1 tsp). Blend until the mix turns into a coarse powder.
