Baker's yeast 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Pour the flour into a large bowl and add the yeast and some salt.
  2. Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and 100ml of warm water, stirring until well mixed. The result should be a soft, somewhat wet dough.
  3. Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  4. Leave the dough to rise for at least 5 minutes. This will make in a thin crust, but you can leave for longer for fluffier results.
  5. Flour a surface and roll the dough using a rolling pin.
