Szechuan paste 1 or 2 tsp
Kimchi 2 tbsp
Mixed leaf salad 2 handfuls
Soy sauce
Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken substitute for a few minutes on a medium/low heat.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pan, stirring frequently.
  3. Meanwhile, boil some water and cook the pasta.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, drain and combine with the chicken. Servce immediately.
