Vegetables of choice Chopped or sliced, ready for frying

Instructions

  1. Start frying the tofu in a small pan using the suggested sauce.
  2. Meanwhile, add the onions to a wok with some oil. After a couple minutes, add the chilli and continue frying until the onion is soft and golden.
  3. Add the remaining vegetables to the wok one by one, with the one that takes the longest to cook first, and so on.
  4. When the tofu is ready, mix it into the wok vegetables along with any remaining juices.
  5. Add the noodles and fry for a further 1 or 2 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce.
