Kidney beans
Tomato purée
Balsamic vingar

Instructions

  1. Add the onion and carrots to a pot with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cook on a medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all the other ingredients to the pot. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Garnish with croutons if using.
